    We only share your data with trusted service providers who help us operate our business. They only process data based on our instructions and can’t use it for their own purposes. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.

We use HubSpot CRM, a customer relationship management platform, to manage and store contact and communication data. This may include information you provide through our website forms, such as your name, email address, company details, and any messages or interactions you have with us. 

    HubSpot acts as a data processor on our behalf. All data is stored securely and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws. HubSpot may store data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), but it provides appropriate safeguards through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other compliance measures.

    7. Data Retention 

    We only keep your data for as long as needed — for example, to provide services or meet legal obligations. When no longer needed, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.
